    Mike Benson and his team have been extraordinary to my wife and I. He helped me renegotiate my house loan with Bank of America after they provided us with a reduced payment option. Mike also worked with the trustee to get us on schedule twice (both times involved job losses). I appreciate all the work Mike and his team provided to us...they are literally life-savers.

    Slowest people ever. Rude security gaurd waited and hour no help was told by people there if you have no number at the end of day you will be asked to leave.

    Laura Suria and the staff at The Early Years are phenomenal! I can't say enough good things about them. They are attentive, kind, genuinely care about the kids & parents and make you feel as though this is a "home away from home" for the kids. We have been sending out child here for years. There is secured passcode entry, cctv, and very attentive staff. I can come in at any time and see my child. She has fun while learning and loves going here. During the few times I have seen a child have a fit, Laura and the staff are great. They have amazing patience, help to quietly calm the child, and help redirect them in positive ways to get them back in track. In all the years we have come here, we have never heard anyone raise their voice or do anything of concern. I leave each day thankful we have this place for our daughter. I can't imagine her anywhere else.

    I started using First Community credit union when I was eighteen years old. I am 35 now and I have financed over 35 vehicles with them. I love everyone there and they treat me like family and I would never think of using a different bank. They are awesome at the Fairview Heights location as well as the call center. Thanks guys
